How do I input tariffs in hugo pro?

To enter your tariff details into Hugo Pro, please follow the steps below based on the platform you’re using:

Using the Web App

• Log in to the web app and go to the Rates page from the left-hand side menu.
• If you are an Octopus Energy user:
  • Select the “By Provider” option
  • Click on the “Add Supplier” button.
  • Enter your API key and relevant details to automatically sync your tariff
• For manual entry:
  • In the Manual Rates section, select the relevant utility type (Electricity, Gas, or Export)
  • Click the “Add Manual Rate” button
  • In the popup, enter the following details:
    • Start and end dates
    • Standing charge
    • Rate(s) in pence/kWh
    • Time slots and applicable days
    • Click “Save Rate” to add the tariff

Using the Mobile App

• From the dashboard, tap the “Rates” icon in the bottom menu
• If you are an Octopus Energy user:
  • Select “By Provider”
  • Tap “Add Supplier” and enter your API key and other details to sync your tariff
• For manual entry:
  • In the Manual Rates section, select the desired utility type
  • Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner
  • In the popup, fill in:
    • Start and end dates
    • Standing charge
    • Rate(s) in pence/kWh
    • Applicable time slots and days
    • Tap “Save Rate” to complete the process
