- You can download a customized Excel file using the download button to export the data you see on the chart screen.
- So, if you want to download your data for 2023, you must first select all the 2023 data in the chart view.
- Once you press the download button, it will ask which data you want to view in the Excel chart.
- So, if your chart shows Electricity, Gas, Solar and EV data, it will ask you to select one data set to download.
- Please note you cannot select multiple data sets to download, and you need to download one data set at a time.
- Once you've downloaded the data (First, press "Enable Editing" to ensure you download the data correctly), it will download various Excel tabs, which include the following:
- Intro and set up tab - This is an explanation of the working of the document;
- Raw Data & Selections - this shows the raw data in 30-minute intervals.
- Price Plan Setup 1 - This will automatically download the tariff you have set up in Hugo Pro. You can edit and enter new tariffs to see how they will work.
- Price Plan Setup 2 - This will automatically set up a second tariff you have set up in Hugo Pro.
- Annual View - shows the annual usage and costs by month breakdown
- Monthly View - shows the monthly view and daily breakdown (please select the month you wish to view in the yellow drop-down list)
- Weekly View - shows the weekly view and daily breakdown (please select the week you wish to view in the yellow drop-down list)
- Daily View - shows the daily view and 30-minute breakdown (please select the day you wish to view in the yellow drop-down list)
- Period Comparison - To compare two periods, use this tab. You must select the start and end date of the first period and then choose the start and end date of the second period you wish to compare. The data you downloaded initially must be contained in the two periods you have selected for the comparison to work.
