- This issue is commonly caused by duplicate and overlapping tariff periods saved in the APP.
- Please go to Rates . Here you can see all the tariffs saved against your meter.
- If you delete any overlapping and duplicate tariffs this should solve the issue going forward.
- With the recent update you can see your current and historical tariffs info.
- We also added code to prevent you from saving overlapping tariffs in the future.
- Once deleted refresh the page.
