How does HUGO get my data?

• To get started, we need you to complete a verification process to confirm your connection to the address.
• You can do this by:
  • providing a credit or debit card associated with your address
  • inputting the serial number from your IHD device
  • uploading a utility bill for the property you wish to monitor.
• We also ask for your permission to access your data on your behalf.
• Once we have your consent, we send it to the smart data collector's (DCC) approved partner, who provides us with the data that we can display on the HUGO ENERGY APP.
